Dar Ul Isra Personal Protective Equipment Appeal

Dar Ul Isra is launching a PPE Appeal for NHS workers.

We all know the best way to protect yourself from Covid19 is to stay at home.

Frontline NHS workers don’t have the luxury of staying at home. They have to work to serve the community and we believe it is our duty to support and protect them. We want them to know we care for them and show in real terms our appreciation for their sacrifice.

We are aware from trends in other countries that when healthcare staff become unwell, the workforce risks becoming depleted leading to less available care for all who are sick.

We have been working with GPs and medical suppliers to source the most suitable equipment.

We are looking to supply a PPE packs to each of the 50 GP practices within Cardiff.

The packs can be used by GPs assessing patients with Covid-19 

Each pack will contain equipment for two doctors and will have

- 2 reusable respirators with P3 filters
- 2 reusable surgical gowns,
- 2 pairs of goggles,
- 100 long cuff gloves &
- 100 disposable head covers.

Please sponsor a health worker for £80 or a GP practice for £160 Please help us to protect them so they can help protect you.
